Unable to Establish a Connection with the Activation Server – Error 32777
Rasanya sudah lama sekali tidak pernah update blog lagi, sibuk mencari receh hehehehe….
Tadi mengganti hardisk dengan kapasitas yang lebih besar dan install ulang Windows XP. Saat aktivasi Windows XP muncul error:
Unable to establish a connection with the activation server. Please check your network settings and confirm that you are able to connect to the Internet, then try again.
Message number 32777.
Sempat heran juga padahal terkoneksi ke internet, buka web site Microsoft pun bisa tapi kenapa gagal aktivasi?. Ternyata penyebabnya adalah setting tanggal dan waktu yang salah. Dapat pengalaman baru hari ini, kalau setting tanggal tidak sesuai (terlalu cepat atau terlambat) ternyata tidak bisa melakukan aktivasi. Setelah tanggal diganti dengar benar akhirnya bisa aktivasi Windows XP.
This problem can occur if your computer system clock is significantly ahead or behind of the current time and date.
This can cause Windows Product Activation to interpret that the certificate on an activation server is expired.
